Your rights and our process for deleting your personal data

Your Data Rights

At Pyrmid.Pro, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You have the following rights regarding your data:

Right to deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data at any time
Right to access: You can request a copy of all personal data we store about you
Right to rectification: You can request corrections to any inaccurate personal data
Right to portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format
Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent for data processing at any time

What Data We Store

Pyrmid.Pro collects and stores the following types of data:

Personal Information

First and last name
Email address
Profile picture (if provided)
Phone number (if provided)
Authentication tokens and session data

User-Created Content

Band information and profiles
Song lists and setlists
Event details and schedules
Equipment lists and configurations
Stage plots and venue information
Media files (photos, audio, documents)
Notes and other user-generated content

Intellectual Property Rights

Important: All content created within the Pyrmid.Pro application is owned solely by the creator of that material. This includes but is not limited to songs, lyrics, arrangements, stage plots, and other creative works. Pyrmid.Pro claims no ownership over your intellectual property.

Data Sharing Responsibility

User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to only share material within the application that you are comfortable being accessible to others. This includes content that may be visible to:

Other members of your band(s)
Members of other bands you collaborate with
Other users of the application (for public content)
The general public (for any content you choose to make public)

Once you share content within the application, it may be outside your direct custody and control.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Log in to your Pyrmid.Pro account
Navigate to Settings → Account
Click "Delete Account"
Follow the confirmation prompts
Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us:

Please include the following information in your request:

Your full name
Email address associated with your account
Reason for deletion (optional)
Any additional verification information we may request

Deletion Process and Timeline

Upon receiving a valid deletion request:

Confirmation (1-3 business days): We will confirm receipt of your request and may ask for additional verification
Review Period (up to 7 days): We will review your request and ensure all legal requirements are met
Deletion Process (up to 30 days): Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following will be permanently removed:

Your personal profile information
All bands you created (if you're the sole owner)
Your membership in other bands
All content you created (songs, setlists, notes, etc.)
All uploaded media files
Authentication tokens and session data

Important Considerations

Shared Content

Content that has been shared with or created collaboratively with other users may not be fully deletable if it would impact other users' legitimate use of the service. In such cases, your personal identifying information will be removed, but the content may remain anonymized.

Legal Retention Requirements

Some data may be retained for longer periods if required by law, including but not limited to:

Transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes)
Legal compliance data (as required by applicable laws)
Security logs (for fraud prevention and security purposes)

Backup and Recovery Systems

Data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion from primary systems. These backups are not accessible for normal operations and will be purged according to our data retention schedule.

Facebook Login Integration

If you signed up using Facebook OAuth, your Pyrmid.Pro account deletion is independent of your Facebook account. Deleting your Pyrmid.Pro account will:

Remove all data from Pyrmid.Pro systems
Revoke Pyrmid.Pro's access to your Facebook account
Not affect your Facebook account in any way

You can also revoke Pyrmid.Pro's access to your Facebook account directly through Facebook's app settings without deleting your Pyrmid.Pro account.
